Should you go for it? my answer
A two-night stay was fantastic! The spacious family room was spotless, featuring a comfortable bed that ensured restful sleep. With stunning views of the Prosser River inlet and proximity to walking trails, it created an unforgettable experience. Dining options on-site added convenience, though some could suggest improvements. Perfect base before our Maria Island adventure!

The refurbished room felt modern and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The bed was really cozy, and having a nice view from the porch was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed a fantastic seafood platter at dinner, loaded with fresh oysters, prawns, and calamari. Surprisingly, the meal was great value at only $78! However, our overall dining experience could have been smoother. We waited almost two hours for dinner, which is frustrating, especially after a long drive. It felt disorganized, as we had to pay in advance for the meal, and there wasn’t enough communication about our order. The internet also didn’t work for us, which was disappointing. Still, the location is a huge plus when heading to Maria Island for boat trips, making this hotel a convenient choice.

great views but dining options left room for improvement
The room was spacious and boasted a comfy king-size bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I enjoyed the private deck with stunning river views, making my mornings truly special. The easy access to the ferry for Maria Island was a fantastic plus.
The dining experience could be enhanced, as the menu felt limited.

staying at blue waters was a treat! check-in was super easy, and the deluxe king studio was spacious and comfy. we loved having a king-size bed and the balcony view of the jetty was perfect for relaxing with drinks. it's close to the ferry to maria island, which is a bonus!
overall a great stay, but the dining options could use some improvement.

It was just a decent option for a mini-vacation in Orford with high value for money. The seafood at the restaurant was particularly nice, making our meals memorable. Bring your own sugar if you like it for your coffee.

The location is ideal for a scenic waterfront walk along the river to the town. Staff were friendly, and the choices for packed meals were satisfying. It’s a pleasant base for adventures nearby.
The dining options could use clarity regarding operating hours as they didn’t align with our expectations.
